Who we are

Working Chance is an award-winning UK charity creating a revolution in recruitment. Founded in 2007, Working Chance supports women with criminal convictions and women care leavers to find quality work with mainstream employers.

Our work goes far beyond placing women into voluntary and paid employment. We are pioneers, reframing the recruitment of people with convictions, or those at risk of entering the criminal justice system, by changing attitudes amongst employers, media and society.

We are on a mission to ensure women ex-offenders and care leavers are able to find work and support their children. We are successful because we offer a first-class service to women who are used to facing barriers in their pursuit of employment.

Working Chance has offices in London, Manchester and HM Prison Downview.
