We intend to place two 'prisons-worth' of women into good jobs over the next two years.

We believe every woman who leaves prison should have the chance to transform her life and contribute to society.

We want every young woman who has been through the care system to build a future for herself that is full of hope and opportunity.

We know that paid employment is the best chance that many of these women will have of breaking intergenerational cycles of poverty and crime.

Will you take action with us?

These women are just like me. Anything could have happened in my life that could have taken me down a similar path.
