We will help you get that job

If you're a woman who has been involved in the criminal justice system in the last three years, or an 18 – 25 year old female care leaver, we're here to help.
Hilton David Ranald McKechnie

We will carry out an honest assessment of your readiness to work. If we don’t think you’re right or ready for a particular job, we’ll tell you. We'll then be with you every step of the way until we find the right position for you.

Once you're working, we will keep in touch to find out how you're getting on.

Some candidates come back to us for help to find their second and third jobs to develop their careers.
