We're proud to announce that our Founder and CEO, Jocelyn Hillman OBE, is nominated in the Acquisition International AI Influential Businesswoman Awards 2017.

This is a much-deserved recognition of her years of hard work and innovation in changing the lives of women with convictions and female care leavers. Since founding Working Chance around her kitchen table back in 2007, Jocelyn has guided the organisation to lead a revolution in restorative recruitment. To date, we've successfully placed over 760 women into quality employment and supported them to change their and their children's lives for the better.
