We will help you get that job

If you're a woman who has been involved in the criminal justice system in the last five years, or an 18 – 25 year old female care leaver, we're here to help.
Hilton David Ranald McKechnie

We will carry out an honest assessment of your readiness to work. If we don’t think you’re right or ready for a particular job, we’ll tell you. We'll then be with you every step of the way until we find the right position for you.

Once you're working, we will keep in touch to find out how you're getting on.

Some candidates come back to us for help to find their second and third jobs to develop their careers.

Your journey with us

  1. We start with a simple registration interview. We discuss your career plans, work experience and what support you might need.

  2. We get your CV in shape and prepare you for interviews.  We can help guide you through debt and finance issues and refer you to other experts you may need. We then carefully match you to a suitable role and employer.

  3. Our work doesn’t stop when you find a job.  We will check in with you regularly and provide any 'in-work' support you may need.

Some of our employers

"Before I knew it, I had several interviews lined up... My confidence began to grow and I was offered several jobs in the process, one of which I accepted. None of this would have been possible without Working Chance. They helped me to believe in myself again and the support they offered me was amazing."
