  • £25,000-28,000 per annum
  • Full-time: 35 hours per week

Are you passionate about helping people to turn their lives around?

Working Chance is a unique, award-winning charity helping women with convictions - many of whom have been in prison - to find a job they can thrive in.  This role supports women to build their confidence and work-readiness.

The ideal candidate will be warm and highly empathetic with fantastic people skills, able to quickly build rapport both one-to-one and in group settings. In addition to supporting a caseload of women through one-to-one key work, you’ll also be delivering regular group workshops (including in women’s prisons) on practical skills such as CV writing, interview techniques and how to disclose criminal convictions at job interviews, so confidence and charisma is essential!
