Vacancy: Impact and Evaluation Officer

  • £30,000 pro rata
  • Full-time: 35 hours per week

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about helping charities to understand and demonstrate the impact they have on their beneficiaries?

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented monitoring and evaluation professional to make their mark in a small, friendly and influential charity doing vital work to help women with convictions rebuild their lives and gain employment.  Your role will be to collect and analyse impact data and to help us report clearly to internal and external stakeholders on the charity’s impact.  Just as importantly, you will identify insights from the data that will help us improve our service and performance.

You’ll need to demonstrate a successful track record in a monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) role in the charity sector including working with a CRM or case management database. Experience of evaluation using one of the Outcome Stars would be an advantage.
