We pioneered restorative recruitment for women with convictions and over the years have developed a unique body of knowledge and experience. As the UK’s only recruitment consultancy for women with convictions and young women leaving care, we are well placed to reach women in the criminal justice system.

We have established referral protocols with statutory and criminal justice agencies and are a recognised third-party provider to JobCentre Plus. Over 30% of our candidates are referred to us by women's prisons.

We also have an on-site office at HMP Downview in Surrey.

Our awards

Last year we opened the first recruitment office in a UK prison. It's run by serving prisoners who we have trained.
