Help unlock women's potential

Your support will transform the lives of women swept into the criminal justice system.

By supporting Working Chance, you'll be a helping hand for women who have overcome adversity and are determined to rebuild their lives. Women often commit offences that are non-violent and linked to poverty, and after their convictions they can struggle to find employers who are willing to look beyond their past. Could you give women and their children the chance for a bright future?

When I explained my shame and my guilt, Working Chance gave me hope. The hope that my life’s not ended. I’m feeling so positive - it's unbelievable that I’ve found a job. I’ve got so much hope for the future.
