Request for voluntary donations
We support women with convictions to secure meaningful work, helping them to turn their lives around.

We don’t charge employers for our service because we want to encourage you to find great candidates through us. However, as a charity we need to raise funds each year to cover our specialist support, which is why we are asking your organisation to consider making a voluntary donation.

Reducing offending
We know that employment is key to helping people get their lives back on track, reducing reoffending. Nationally, 58% of women leaving prison from a short sentence are reconvicted within a year. By contrast, we have had no reports of our clients reoffending over the past two years.

Financial benefits for society
Our work is cost effective. Moving someone into work represents around £12,000 in savings for society, as well as their contributions as taxpayers. Additionally, there are cost savings of £48,000 per year on prison costs per person. The cost of supporting one woman through our service, from careers coaching and 1:1 employability sessions, to securing a new job and ongoing support calls, costs just £2,150.
Other ways to give
If you're unable to donate through the form above, we can create a donation request form to send to your Finance team. Just drop us an email and we can create this for you.
We have applied to participate in the Big Give in October 2024, a matched funding programme. Any donation you make through the Big Give will be doubled, making twice the impact. Please get in touch if you’d like to help us reach our £20,000 target.
