Recruitment practices that prioritise diversity and foster an inclusive work environment have been shown to deliver multiple benefits for an employer. They help to attract the strongest applicants for a role, boost productivity and staff morale, and strengthen your external reputation through a commitment to corporate social responsibility. Our training and consultancy services are designed for forward-thinking organisations that want to bring people with convictions into their workforce fairly, safely and effectively.
How can Working Chance help?
We have 15 years' experience supporting women with convictions into employment. We work with employers of all sizes from all sectors across England and Wales and we understand the sorts of hopes, aims and concerns organisations have when embarking on a shift in recruitment strategy.
Whether you're starting out on this journey, you need to get deeper buy-in from parts of your organisation, or you're already pro-actively hiring people with convictions but want to make sure you're doing it as well as possible, our affordable workshops and bespoke consultancy can help.
It's up to you which staff group you want to focus on: it could be HR and talent acquisition staff, EDI colleagues, hiring managers or your senior leadership team. For smaller organisations it could even be a full-team session to help you get buy-in and build understanding across your organisation.
