  1. Once we have your job description, we break down the skills and experience you need and the kind of person you're after. 

    With an appreciation of your company culture, we select the most closely matched candidates from our pool of talent.

  2. Once you've had the chance to consider the selection of CVs we sent you, we coordinate interviews with your selected candidate(s). 

    The candidates we send you will have been supported by us to put their best foot forward and to let you know why they'd make a great hire.  

  3. After the hire, we check in regularly with both candidate and you to ensure things are running smoothly.
