How can Working Chance help?
We have 15 years' experience supporting women with convictions into employment. We work with employers of all sizes from all sectors across England and Wales and we understand the sorts of hopes, aims and concerns organisations have when embarking on a shift in recruitment strategy.
Whether you're starting out on this journey, you need to get deeper buy-in from parts of your organisation, or you're already pro-actively hiring people with convictions but want to make sure you're doing it as well as possible, our affordable workshops and bespoke consultancy can help.
It's up to you which staff group you want to focus on: it could be HR and talent acquisition staff, EDI colleagues, hiring managers or your senior leadership team. For smaller organisations it could even be a full-team session to help you get buy-in and build understanding across your organisation.
Our team found the session informative and insightful. It gave us the opportunity to reflect on how we can be more inclusive in our recruitment practices. Thank you to Working Chance for your great presentation.
