Help women with convictions access new opportunities through education and training
We're looking for an Education & Training Coach to work alongside our Education and Training Lead. You'll support women with convictions to build their confidence, develop their skills and access education and training opportunities that align with their aspirations, strengths and circumstances.
You'll guide women through education and training pathways, support applications and help them take the next step towards their goals. You'll also build and maintain relationships with education and training providers, community organisations and referral partners, helping to create opportunities for the women we support.
We actively encourage and support the employment of people with lived experience of the criminal justice system. We want to be representative of the people we are here to support, so we welcome applications from people with lived experience.
